Construction has already begun on the addition to our midtown Manhattan space. We are capitalizing on a unique opportunity to expand our arts center by 6,000 square feet at a significantly below-market rental rate.
This exciting project will see us add:
– A 60-seat studio theater
– An 850-square-foot lobby
– Two new studios for acting, film/tv, and writing
– An ADA/all-gender restroom
The lease for this additional space is for a 25-year term, giving us the stability we need to support our growing community for the years to come.
Our fundraising goal for this expansion is $600,000, and we have already identified $450,000.
