The Barrow Group believes stories have the power to transform lives for the better. We also recognize that historically marginalized groups of people have not had a fair opportunity to share their stories. To address this inequity, we have created several programs to advance diverse voices in American theatre, television, and film. Our goals are:
1) to create a pipeline of talent that better reflects the eclectic tapestry of our culture
2) to empower artists that have historically been marginalized
