What do we do with our time as artists when we don’t have acting work? How do we structure our days? What routines and daily rituals do we have or want to implement? What are our values and visions for our lives and how can we incorporate those into the daily actions we’re taking as artists?
Shifting your mindset can uplevel your life. In this class we uncover the limiting beliefs that are running the show and hampering our growth, we discuss the science of habit formation (how to start new ones/ how to release the ones that are leaking our energy) and we pinpoint for each of us the #1 habit to start and the #1 habit to stop in order to have the biggest impact on our self-esteem and our daily lives. We get clear on what’s most important to us and we learn methods for time management that make sure we’re the creator of our own lives, making time for what we value and living the lives we were born to live.
After completing a weekend workshop, students are invited to join the recurring drop in class on the first Thursday of every month to continue the work.
