“When It’s Time to Change” is a workshop developed by former comedian and current creativity coach Lisa Lampanelli. Show business is an endless series of “both/and”s: both fulfilling and disappointing; both joyful and sad; both whimsical and wacky — sometimes all within the same hour! By using storytelling, sharing, meditation, journaling, brainstorming, deep listening, and self-reflection, this workshop will attempt to give participants some tools to navigate this wild, weird, wonderful business — and, indeed, this ever-evolving life.
