Actors Needed: Open Call Audition

Actor Auditions for TBG’s 1-Year Directing Program and “Spring Forward” Playwriting Sharing

Actors are needed for scene work for the spring session and culminating performances of our 1-Year Directing Program with Seth Barrish and Lee Brock. Actors must be available for in-class facilitated rehearsals on several Mondays between 6:30-9:30pm and either the weekend of June 21 and 22 or June 28 and 29.

In-Person Auditions
Saturday, April 19 – 1 to 4pm
Monday, April 21 – 6:30 to 9:30pm
The Barrow Group – 520 8th Avenue, 9th Floor

*Actors will need a photo ID to enter the building*

Actors are needed for The Barrow Group’s annual “Spring Forward” Playwriting Sharing, featuring works in progress from student writers. Actors must be available for the sharing, which will have two distinct programs on Sunday, May 4 at 3:30pm or 7pm.

These are open calls, so there is no need to sign up in advance. When you arrive at TBG, check in at the front desk to put your name on the audition list. Actors will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis, and we cannot guarantee everyone will be seen, though as many will be seen as time allows.
