Actress, director, writer, and violinist Dinanda Klaassen hails from The Netherlands, where she studied opera at a conservatory. Productions in her homeland include Macbeth by Verdi, Down In The Valley by Kurt Weill, The Virgin Suicides, and La Voix Humaine. Since moving to New York City, her first original short play Kiss and Goodbye premiered at The New York Winterfest Festival. Her last film role, opposite Armand Assante, was in the award-winning movie Don Q, directed by Claudio Bellante. Regional theatre includes Murder on The Orient Express, A Christmas Carol (National Tour), Spamalot, Into The Woods, and Joseph…Dreamcoat. Her most recent credit as a director was for BMW.
