Prerequisite: Audition required.
The 2-week professional intensive is designed for professional actors to build on the actor’s existing set of skills. Students are introduced to the simple, effective tools compiled in Seth Barrish’s book “An Actor’s Companion – 99 Bits of Craft.”
Then intensive begins with exercises to introduce The Barrow Group approach, followed by a script analysis overview. Students are then begin working with The Barrow Group tools via scene study, monologue work, and on-camera work.
The intensive runs 11am-2pm, break from 2pm-3pm, and 3pm-6pm each day.
