Here’s a fun way for you to support an award winning non-profit theatre company in
Manhattan while creating a profitable relationship with your community.

Contribute to The Barrow Group Theatre Company’s Annual CELEBRITY DOODLES
AUCTION & AWARDS GALA. Our annual lively fundraising event auctions celebrity artwork, theatre tickets, professional services, travel, merchandise, and much more. The proceeds raised fund our critically acclaimed main stage productions, workshops, and other valuable artistic programming. Our past auction donors have included doodles from Paul Newman, Barbra Streisand, Kevin Kline, John
Lithgow, Kevin Bacon, Anne Hathaway, Al Pacino, Gregory Peck, John Travolta, Steve
Martin, Emma Thompson, Dame Judy Dench, and so many others.  Corporate sponsors have
included Yuengling Beer, HBO, The Conan O’Brien Show and The Shubert Organization.

This year marks the 25th Anniversary of The Barrow Group.  Over the years, we have
contributed to the development of numerous award-winning plays including Mike
Birbiglia’s Sleepwalk With Me and My Girlfriend’s Boyfriend, Martin Moran’s The Tricky
Part, Keith Huff’s A Steady Rain and Jon Marans’ The Temperamentals. Among the many
plays that have premiered on our stage: David Edgar’s Pentecost (Drama Desk nomination
for OUTSTANDING PLAY), Jon Marans’ Old Wicked Songs (Pulitzer Prize Finalist), and
Steven Dietz’s Lonely Planet. We have also helped to develop performing artists including
Anne Hathaway, Vera Farmiga and Denis O’Hare.

We exist due to the generous support of thousands of people in the New York community
and our event is attended by 250 ‘movers and shakers’ of New York’s theatrical community.
